These terms cover the website at badsky-games.pages.dev and every game linked from it, wherever the file itself is hosted. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not download anything.

Who runs this site

The site is run by Robin Schuler in Germany. Contact: badsky-games@gmx.de. The provider details are on the Impressum page.

What you may do with the games

Every game on this site is free to download and free to play, for as long as you like, for your own use. You may:

• install and play the games on devices you own;
• record video or stream the games, including on monetised channels, with no permission needed and no revenue share owed;
• share a link to this site or to a game page.

What you may not do

• Sell the games, or charge anyone money to get a copy.
• Re-upload the build files to another download site or app store, or bundle them into another product.
• Change a build and hand out the changed version as if it were the original.
• Take the art, music, code, levels or characters out of a game and use them in your own project.
• Strip out or hide the credits, the studio name, or this site's name.

If you want to do something on that list anyway, write to badsky-games@gmx.de and ask. The answer is often yes.

Who owns what

The games, their source code, artwork, sound, level design and the design of this website belong to Robin Schuler. Downloading a game gives you permission to play it. It does not transfer ownership of anything.

Some games are built with third party engines, libraries, fonts or asset packs. Those parts stay under their own licences, and those licences are listed inside each build where the licence requires it.

No warranty

The games are provided as they are. They are made by one person in their spare time, and they may contain bugs, may crash, and may not run on your particular device. There is no promise that any game works, stays available, or keeps working after an update to your operating system.

Back up your own data before installing anything. To the extent the law allows, no liability is accepted for lost data, damaged devices, or lost time. Nothing here limits liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, or under the German Product Liability Act.

Downloads and availability

Games may be updated, replaced with a newer build, or taken down at any time, without notice. A download link that worked yesterday may point at a different build today.

Links to other sites

This site links out to itch.io and to YouTube. Those sites are run by other companies, with their own terms and their own privacy policies. No responsibility is taken for what is on them.

Reporting a problem

If a file on this site infringes your rights, or you think something here is unlawful, write to badsky-games@gmx.de with a description of the problem and a link to the page. Reports are looked at and acted on quickly.

Changes to these terms

These terms can change. The date at the top shows when they were last edited. The version on this page at the moment you download something is the version that applies to that download.

Applicable law

German law applies. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection you get from the mandatory law of the country you live in.
